Evonik is a modern industrial group based in Germany with operations throughout the world in over 100 countries and the Evonik Group had around 41,000 employees. Evonik has a strong presence geographically in the Greater China region. They have a large number of users with a very wide geographical distribution. Evonik had put their network product and system neither under any entire nor partial protection. Due to the lack of a systematic management, Evonik faced a wide range of problems, including how to formulate a reasonable standard service process? How to record all of the services? How to have an efficient cost control? How to improve work efficiency? These entire problems boil down to one point that is the way to truly improve customer satisfaction. Standard Chartered Bank (China)
In 1858, Standard Chartered Bank had opened its first branch in Shanghai. It has never ceased operations in the Great China region throughout this 150. Standard Chartered regional development is growing rapidly in China and the increasing number of users and branches is very board. There are more hundreds of computers in some branches while the Shanghai head office has been set up with over a thousand units of computers.
